Ground Operations Duty Manager: Safety, On-Time Lead

Etihad Airways is seeking a Ground Operations Duty Manager to oversee 24x7 Hub Terminal Operations and guest handling. You will supervise safety, security, NPS, on-time performance, and mishandled baggage while coordinating with the NOC, HCC, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include managing third-party SLAs, reporting incidents, and ensuring safe and secure delivery of the flight schedule, with escalation of risks to management where needed.
