Title: Group Director - ERM & BCM – Location: Abu Dhabi
About the CompanyOur client is a large diversified construction and infrastructure group operating across multiple sectors including contracting, infrastructure, manufacturing, and specialist services, with a significant regional footprint and large-scale project portfolio across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and lead a Group-wide Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management framework aligned to strategic objectives, governance standards, and risk appetite.
- Provide executive oversight of enterprise risk, compliance, internal audit, and governance activities across multiple subsidiaries and geographies, ensuring alignment of the Group’s Governance, Risk & Compliance ecosystem.
