Responsibilities Build our training programme from first principles — start with what we have, find the gaps, and consolidate a refreshed core manual within your first six months. Train and onboard new agents and staff to competence: prospecting, cold calling, listing presentations, objection handling, and closing. Demonstrate live. Ride-alongs, real cold-call sessions, worked listing presentations — show, don't tell. Own the outcomes.
