Job Description

Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Group Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of two busy hotel properties, including hotels in both Dublin and Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, hands-on leader to take the next step in their hospitality management career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction across both properties to ensure the highest standards in service, guest experience, and operational efficiency.

  • Support and manage the Hotel Operations Manager and Restaurant Manager in achieving departmental goals and KPIs.

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including accommodation, F&B, events, and guest services.
