Location: Remote (Only for candidates based in New Delhi)
Commitment: 4–6 hours/day
Stipend: Fixed 5 K-8 K per month + Incentive(after 3 months)
About the Role:
Gymclass is looking for a passionate and persuasive Growth Associate who loves to talk, build connections, and motivate people toward their fitness goals. You will be the voice of Gymclass, engaging potential clients through calls, Whats App, and email to guide them through our fitness programs and help convert leads into loyal customers.
Responsibilities:
Follow up with incoming leads and drive conversions through phone calls, Whats App, and email. Maintain and update the lead pipeline using CRM tools or Google Sheets.
