Job Description
We are looking for a Growth Manager for a Corporate Services based in the UAE.
Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – 22,000 – 25,000 AED/month
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in renewals, customer success, account management, or revenue-driven roles.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing teams within B2B and/or B2C environments.
- Experience within company formation, business setup, or service-based industries is highly preferred.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
- Proven experience in process improvement, performance management, and operational optimization.
