Job Description
We're looking for a GTM Lead who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This is a high-ownership role for an MBA graduate who wants to shape how we go to market — from defining our ideal customer to closing the loop between marketing and sales.
Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Define and refine our ideal customer profile (ICP), target segments, and buyer personas
- Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates us in a crowded AI market
- Build GTM plans for new features and product launches — pricing, packaging, and channel strategy
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform where we play and how we win
Demand Generation & Growth
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (content, email, paid, events) to build qualified pipeline
- Own the top and middle of the funnel; track CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution
