Description for Candidates:
Perform special duties as assigned. Provide day-to-day support and assistance to the to the facilities staff. Liaison for VDOT staff requesting assistance of a general nature not requiring specific trades involvement.
How you will contribute:
Facilities Preparation : Design, plan, and execute floor plans for auditorium functions meeting specific customer needs. Set-up and break- down of facilities conference rooms. Move office and classroom furniture and equipment. Collect and deliver tools and equipment. Pick up and distribute supplies. Clean and dispose of trash after events. Perform installations to include maintaining multiple office directories for accuracy.Facility Related Task : Respond to work requests.
