Job Description
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients tounderstand their hair styling preferences, needs, and desired outcomes
- Perform haircuts, trims, andstyling using various techniques suitable for different hair types and lengths
- Execute hair coloringservices including highlights, ombre, balayage, and full color treatments
- Provide shampooing, conditioning,and scalp treatments to maintain hair health
- Create hairstyles forspecial occasions such as weddings, engagements, and formal events
- Apply chemical treatmentsincluding perms, straightening, and keratin smoothing
- Style hair using blowdryers, curling irons, flat irons, and other heat-styling tools
- Recommend and sell hair careproducts and retail items to clients
- Educate clients on properhair care, styling techniques, and home maintenance routines
- Maintain clean and sanitizedworkstations, tools, and equipment according to health and safety regulations
