- Preparing financial guidelines to be submitted to managing directors for the maintenance of finance in the salon.
- Disciplining and maintaining the employees’ efficiency to their work.
- Being updated to current and new trends that can help to satisfy a customer’s needs.
- Always checking if the salon is clean and maintained; ensuring equipment used in hairdressing is checked and maintained in order to ensure the safety of the customer.
