$80,000–$90,000 + Super
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established facilities services provider seeking an experienced Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support a small portfolio of commercial sites and occupied retail spaces in the Sydney CBD.
This is a full-time, permanent role suited to a hands?on tradesperson who is comfortable working independently in live environments and dealing professionally with tenants, retailers and building management.
About the role
• Day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance across multiple commercial and retail sites
• General handyman works including carpentry, patching, painting, doors, locks, fixtures and fittings
• Basic plumbing and electrical tasks within licence limits
• Fault finding and minor repairs
