Job Description
Our client is seeking a reliable, multi-skilled Handyman to maintain our industrial and retail property portfolios. Operating out of the GTA, you will be the first
point of contact for day-to-day repairs, routine preventative maintenance, and ensuring
our commercial and retail spaces are always safe and fully operational for tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Maintenance: Perform routine facility walk-throughs and inspections
to identify, log, and resolve property deficiencies.
General Repairs: Execute a wide array of hands-on repairs, including drywall
patching, painting, door/lock servicing, ceiling tile replacement, and washroom
hardware upkeep.
Basic Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing: Handle minor plumbing issues
(leaky faucets, running toilets), replace light fixtures and ballasts, and perform
routine preventative maintenance on building equipment.
