Hardware & Building Material Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share in the hardware and building materials sector.
• Cultivate strong long‑term relationships with a diverse clientele including contractors, developers, architects, and retail businesses.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities, effectively presenting product solutions and negotiating contracts to secure profitable deals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the extensive product catalog, including technical specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the hardware, construction, or building materials industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of construction processes and building material applications.
• Proficiency in CRM software for lead tracking, customer management, and sales forecasting.
