About the Role

Amazon Lab126 is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineering Manager to join the Centralized Electrical Engineering (CEE) organization. This is a leadership role responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team of electrical engineers spanning Signal Integrity (SI), Memory and Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) Design domains. The ideal candidate is a technically strong leader who can drive engineering excellence, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality hardware across Amazon's device portfolio.

What You'll Do

- Lead and manage a team of specialized hardware engineers across multiple disciplines including Signal Integrity, ESD and Memory fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
