Hardware Implementation Analyst SSR

We are looking for an Implementation Analyst with a technical profile and strong customer orientation to lead end-to-end implementations of IoT solutions (hardware + software) in industrial environments. This role combines project management, on-site technical execution, and cross-functional coordination, and is key to ensuring successful and scalable implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead assigned implementations end-to-end (kickoff → go-live)
• Plan tasks, track progress, and report updates in Jira
• Prepare meeting notes after each visit and final implementation reports

Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams
• Ensure alignment between customer needs and internal teams

Technical Installation & Configuration

• Execute hardware installation (beacons, IoT devices)
