About the Role
As an HCBP General Manager,
- Integrate business needs and HR policies into the HCBP strategy, objectives, and work plan and ensure their implementation to support the achievement of business goals and growth.
- Encourage and facilitate change management and transition processes within the organization.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management by providing solutions and recommendations for system, policy, and program improvements to address employee issues to foster employee engagement and retention, which in turn improves performance.
- Ensure the implementation of HR practices is in accordance with applicable procedures, rules, and regulations, and anticipate emerging employment risks.
