Areas of proficiency include drugs and cosmetics law, food law, UCPMP, corporate law, real estate, tax, litigation, compliance, intellectual property and employment law. Researches, analyzes, and interprets laws, statutes, and regulations while identifying and mitigating legal risks. Responsibilities include structuring, drafting, negotiating, and approving legal contracts and policies related to trade, commercial, and operational matters. May represent Bayer in litigation or disputes, liaising with external legal counsel on complex issues.
