The purpose of this role is to drive sales performance within assigned account(s) by overseeing sales planning, activity management, and premium collection, ensuring sustainable growth through effective tracking and optimization of sales funnel drivers. Additionally, it focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners, leading the execution of a comprehensive bancassurance strategy, and promoting PVA-sponsored programs to enhance client experiences.
