Strong boards build strong companies. We are looking for a leader to drive the Board Services practice in Finland.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop our Board Services business: Board Search, Board Advisory, Nordic Board Education, Board Readiness, and Board ….
• Work closely with the executive search and consulting teams.
• Develop and grow our unique Nordic Board Education concept in Finland and as part of our wider Nordic collaboration.
• Build and maintain networks among board professionals, owners, and senior leadership.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to clients on board work, governance, and leadership.

Qualifications
