Hiring: Head of Business Development | CRDMO
Looking for an experienced Business Development leader to drive growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships for CRO (Discovery services and Medicinal chemistry) services across research, development, and manufacturing.
Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in CRO (Discovery services and Medicinal chemistry) business development
• Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle and consultative selling
• Experience in client engagement, contract negotiations, pricing, and account growth
• Master's/PhD in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences preferred
