An opportunity has been created for a commercially minded insights leader to build and transform an enterprise-wide client intelligence capability.  Reporting into a senior executive and sitting on the leadership team, this newly elevated role will lead a specialist team responsible for customer listening, feedback programs, insight generation and stakeholder engagement across a large and diverse organisation.  The business has recognised a significant opportunity to evolve from collecting customer feedback to generating meaningful intelligence that influences decision-making, drives growth and improves customer outcomes.
