What You Will Be Responsible For
- Creative Leadership – Define and oversee the creative and aesthetic direction of the brand, ensuring each seasonal collection reflects a strong, coherent brand DNA.
- Collection Development – Develop seasonal frameworks for Classic and Timeless womenswear unit, based on trend research, sales insights, and market needs, guiding color palettes, mood boards, silhouettes, styles, and accessory directions.
- Trend Research – Actively explore market trends through competitor analysis, fabric and fashion fairs, digital sources, and social media, translating insights into commercially viable collections.
