Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Lead and manage the full finance function, ensuring strong governance and compliance.
- Drive both technical accounting excellence and operational finance across the business.
- Act as a strategic business partner to executive leadership and operational teams.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, efficiency improvements, and margin enhancement.
- Deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting to support decision-making.
- Strengthen internal controls and implement best practices across the finance function.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- CA(SA) or completed CIMA (essential).
- Minimum 10+ years experience within finance.
