We're hiring a Head of Network to own the supply side of Sharp Minds — a consulting talent platform placing former MBB consultants and Senior Advisors on high-impact projects across the Middle East.
Our network is our product. This role exists to make it the strongest bench in the region — so that when a mandate comes in, we can place within 48 hours, every time.
The Opportunity
Are you an ex-MBB consultant who'd rather build the network than be placed on it?
The matching engine only works if the bench is deep, sharp, and engaged. That's what you'll own — end to end. You'll set the network strategy, decide who gets in and who doesn't, keep 900+ senior consultants close enough that they pick Sharp Minds over a direct client approach, and turn a database into a genuine community.
