Head of Owner's Engineering - OSBL Projects

Neste Oyj is seeking a leader for the Owner’s Engineering team in Kilpilahti, Porvoo. This role involves managing a team of engineering leads and overseeing OSBL refinery projects. You will also develop project execution strategies and support team development.
