Job Purpose:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Smiths Detection’s programme portfolio across Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands, ensuring contracted commitments are met on time, within budget, and to the quality standards required in regulated aviation security environments. Accountable for the full programme lifecycle – from contract handover through to customer acceptance – the Head of Programmes ANZ&PI drives delivery excellence across a portfolio of concurrent projects, builds and develops a high-performing programme team, and acts as the senior escalation point for all delivery risk.
Working closely with the Market Head and commercial functions, the role plays a critical part in protecting margin, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and supporting business growth through execution.
