Head of Retail

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 45,000–55,000 per month

We are partnering with a leading retail and distribution business to appoint a commercially driven Head of Retail to lead a large-scale multi-brand retail operation across the UAE, with future oversight of Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

This is a highly operational leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, profitability and retail excellence across a network of 100+ stores. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a sizeable team of Area Managers and retail leaders, ensuring exceptional execution across every aspect of the retail operation.

• Lead the retail strategy and day-to-day operations across a portfolio of fashion, footwear and lifestyle brands.
• Drive revenue, gross margin and profitability across a business generating over AED 500M annually.
