About the role
We are looking for a senior Head of User Acquisition to lead paid growth at Vegas Bonanza. You will own the full acquisition operation — strategy, channel execution, creative testing, team management, and performance accountability — across Meta and Snapchat . This is a hands‑on leadership role: you will manage internal UA specialists and external agencies, build the systems, and be directly accountable for CPA targets, conversion volume, and revenue growth.
