Head Teacher (Kaiako) - Preschool

We have an opportunity for an inspiring leader to join our team. We are looking for that special person who leads from the heart, recognises, celebrates, and encourages the strengths of others, and looks to support the professional growth and development of kaiako.

Our primary caregiving approach builds strong, trusting relationships with tamariki and whānau, creating a real sense of wellbeing and belonging. We are a dedicated, experienced team who are attuned and intentional in our practice. We aim to create an inspiring space for tamariki that sparks a sense of wonder, imagination and fun, and one which provokes curiosity and exploration.
