Job Description
Are you an experienced waiter ready to step up? We’re looking for a dedicated Head Waiter to join our team and help us deliver warm, attentive service every day.
Tasks
As Head Waiter, you will:
- Lead by example and ensure smooth, friendly service.
- Support and train the floor team.
- Take orders and look after our guests with care and attention.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to keep everything running perfectly.
- Handle guest requests and solve any issues quickly and professionally.
Requirements
- You have solid experience as a waiter in a busy, quality restaurant.
- You enjoy leading a team and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- You communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure.
- You care about the details and love making guests feel special.
- You have good English; other languages are a plus.
