Health Educator I - Physiotherapist

Your Opportunity:

We are looking for a Health Educator I- Physiotherapy (PT) to join our Facility and Supportive Living (FSL) team. We provide care and support to adults and seniors residing in congregate living settings. FSL is a non-institutional alternative for those who are no longer able to live in their own home, which focuses on health promotion, well-being, independence and maintaining functional abilities. As a Health Educator I-PT you will provide leadership in clinical practice for clients in FSL. This position works to enhance client care outcomes and staff professional development through expert clinical practice, administration, consultation, research and education. The successful candidate will function as a leader, innovator and change agent in the pursuit of excellence in client care, supporting staff and encouraging evidence-informed practice related to physiotherapy practice and collaborative practice with a multi-disciplinary team.
