Health & Safety Lead — Americas (High-Risk Deployments)

Deel is seeking a Health & Safety Associate to lead H&S streams across the Americas. This role is tasked with designing robust compliance frameworks for deployments in high-risk environments.

You will be responsible for driving compliance, managing vendor relationships, and implementing safety protocols. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety and proven experience in similar environments.
