Healthcare Customer Care Specialist

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Customer Service/Call Centre role in Singapore to assist patients and the public with appointments and referrals. You will respond to inquiries, schedule, reschedule, and cancel referrals from hospitals, SAF, and CHAS GP clinics, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in customer service or call centre work, strong communication skills, and a patient-focused mindset.
