- Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- College graduate
- With 1 year of healthcare experience (voice)
- Good communication skills; able to meet B2-C1 versant score
- Amenable to work night shift and on-site
