The National Billing System (NBS) is a key programme driving transformation across Singapore’s public healthcare sector. As part of the operations team, this role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the system post-deployment. You will work closely with healthcare institutions, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to support business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations, resolve incidents, and enhance system capabilities to ensure seamless billing operations across the ecosystem.
