THE OPPORTUNITY
Tipco is seeking an experienced, technically driven Heat Treat Manager to take ownership of our in-house heat treat facility. This is a critical, hands‑on leadership role. The right candidate brings deep metallurgical knowledge, proven vacuum furnace expertise, and the operational experience to manage production scheduling and quality compliance.
