Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent

A well-established heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead bridge, heavy highway, and lock & dam construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on field leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing crews, driving project schedules, and delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.

• Lead and supervise field crews ranging from 5–20 personnel
• Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards
• Develop and execute work plans through effective planning, communication, and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FRA, DOT, and other applicable regulations
• Manage project schedules, manpower, equipment, and production goals
