We are looking for IT Service Desk professionals for an L1 support role.

๐Ÿ“Œ Experience: 1โ€“5 years (Mandatory in IT Service Desk / Tech Support)

๐Ÿ“Œ CTC: Up to 6 LPA (Based on experience;
up to 30โ€“35% hike)

๐Ÿ“Œ Notice Period: Max 15 days

๐Ÿ“Œ Shift: US / 24x7 Rotational | 100% WFO

๐Ÿ”น Mandatory Skills:

ServiceNow Ticketing | Office 365 | Active Directory | Basic Azure AD | Outlook | MS Teams | Basic Networking
