Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Riverview, Michigan. In this Contract to permanent position, you will provide comprehensive technical support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, applications, and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to troubleshooting, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripheral devices, and network components.
• Document and manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and accurate record-keeping.
• Perform on-site analysis and resolution of IT issues, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
• Apply software updates, patches, and upgrades as needed to maintain system functionality.
