Help with Moving Day: loading and unloading furniture

I'm moving to a new apartment and need a reliable helper to assist with loading, transporting, and unloading items. The move is within the same city, from a second-floor flat to a ground-floor flat. I have a few heavy pieces (sofa, wardrobe, bed frame) and several boxes. Please bring a dolly or moving straps if available. I’d prefer someone punctual, careful with fragile items, and able to assist with basic furniture assembly if needed. The move window is around midday, and I’d like to confirm arrival time a day before. Access at both locations is straightforward, but there are a couple of stairs at the old place.
