High School Math & Science Teacher/Tutor

Employment Type: Casual, Part Time. Pay: $19.00 per hour. Hours: after-school and evening (4:00pm – 8:00pm), some Saturdays (10:00am – 3:00pm). Position is in-person at Oxford Learning Centre Brampton Churchville, Brampton, ON 7700 Hurontario St., Unit 304. Applicants must reside in or within a short commute of the Brampton area.

Position Requirements

Teacher‑tutors must be reliable, able to teach up to 3 students at a time, and commit until the end of the school year (summer extension preferred). Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or similar certification in a relevant field
• Fourth‑year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
• Teaching certification an asset
