Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on HIL Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems for embedded software and ECU validation.The ideal candidate will have strong experience with dSPACE platforms, MATLAB/Simulink, and Python scripting for test automation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain HIL systems using dSPACE platforms (SCALEXIO, MicroAutoBox)Design and implement real-time simulation models using MATLAB/SimulinkDevelop and execute automated test scripts using PythonConfigure I/O, signal mapping, and system interfaces for HIL setupsIntegrate ECUs with HIL benches and validate system behaviorDebug issues across hardware, software, and communication layersUse tools like ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, and ConfigurationDeskCollaborate with software, controls, and validation teams
