Hiring Partner / Talent Evaluator (Not Traditional HR)

This is a remote position. Im the founder of Mate Technologies and creator of Thermer. Im looking for a high-judgment Hiring Partner who can run hiring on my behalf, using my direction and standards, and help me hire aligned, high-performing, long-term candidates. This is not a payroll, policy, or HR operations role. If your background is mainly compliance or coordination, this role is not for you. ? What Success Looks Like Hire candidates who are truly aligned with the role, responsibilities, and current company culture Reduce my time spent on hiring without lowering quality Improve performance quality and retention through correct role fit You are measured by quality, alignment, and retention not speed or volume. ?
