Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a new opportunity in Rotherham? Academics is seeking a confident and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support primary schools across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role within the classroom while enjoying flexibility and career development.
What We’re Looking For:
* HLTA Qualification (Level 4) or a BA Hons Degree in education-related subjects.
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, with the ability to engage and inspire pupils.
* Experience leading classes and supporting teachers in an educational setting.
* A positive, adaptable approach to learning environments.
* A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) and two recent references from an education setting.
