Objective The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing caregiver schedules to ensure each client's needs are consistently met.
This role requires timely communication, strong organizational skills, and a calm approach to problem solving in a fast paced home care environment.

Reports to: Care Team Manager or Owner

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with participation in the on call rotation for after hours and weekend urgent coverage.

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience with a 90 day performance review and potential increase.
