Home Health & Hospice Registered Nurse

The Travel Home Health/Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Denver service area. This role focuses on delivering high quality, patient centered care while coordinating closely with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and referral sources. The RN will manage assigned patient visits, participate in daily team communications, and support continuity of care in a collaborative, fast paced environment.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday


• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM


• Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 hours


• Hourly Rate: $53.00 – $55.00 per hour
