Home Nurse

Overview

The Home Nurse will provide and coordinate patient‑centric and evidence‑based nursing care by ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and document patient assessments incorporating all available data.
• Use nursing knowledge and clinical expertise in performing physical examinations and patient assessments.
• Identify actual and potential problems from assessments in collaboration with patient and family.
• Appropriately escalates identified concerns according to urgency level.
• Plan, document, and discuss nursing care plans with the patient and family using the nursing process and prioritization.
• Continuously update the nursing care plan as patient status demands.
• Coordinate care delivered by the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
