Hospitality Kitchen Porter & Hygiene Champion

The Royal Portfolio at Birkenhead House in Hermanus seeks a seasonal Sculler to support the Chefs and Front of House by ensuring that equipment is clean and ready for guest service. You will assist the teams to deliver our purpose of providing guests with a complete experience and a perfect stay.

Role includes upholding hygiene practices, assisting with training, and working closely with kitchen and dining staff to maintain smooth service and guest satisfaction.
