Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of staff accommodation facilities. Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Coordinate room allocations and occupancy planning. Handle tenant resident complaints and resolve issues promptly. Maintain records of maintenance requests, repairs, and inventories. Prepare regular reports on facility operations and staff performance. Plan and implement facility improvement initiatives. Monitor budgets related to accommodation operations. Train and guide staff to ensure smooth facility management.
Qualifications- Proven experience in accommodation, facility, or property management (3–5 years preferred)
