Responsibilities
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service standards at all times, with particular attention to all aspects of fire safety. Deliver the best CQSMA standards – cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and atmosphere. Manage the safe running of the hotel overnight, handling reservations and dealing with enquiries. Perform hourly security checks and be responsible for evacuation in emergencies. Complete the duty manager logbook and report all accidents and incidents. Maintain full adherence to licensing law, trading standards, customs & excise regulations, food hygiene, and health & fire safety.
